Kevin De Bruyne is a Belgian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Premier League club Manchester City and captains the Belgium national team. He is widely considered to be one of the best midfielders in the world, and has been named PFA Players' Player of the Year twice.
De Bruyne's early career
De Bruyne began his career with Genk, where he made his debut in 2009. He spent four seasons with the club, winning the Belgian Pro League title in 2011.
