About the UEFA Europa Conference League

The UEFA Europa Conference League is the third-tier competition in European club football, behind the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League. It was founded in 2021 as a replacement for the UEFA Intertoto Cup. The tournament is contested by 32 teams, who are drawn into eight groups of four. The top two teams from each group advance to the knockout stage, which consists of two-legged matches. The final is a one-off match played at a neutral venue.
